Highway 321 south out of Boone was pretty slick this morning, I saw 1 car in the ditch and watched another slide off into the ditch. People dont drive like they have any smarts though. The car I watched slide off into ditch was going about 50 mph........C'mon man!

they finally got around today and put some sand down the middle of the roads up here , its still ice on each side of the sand ,

i know for a fact that they do. but they only make three per year. that way there will be only two or three to have to give away because no one wants them.

We have sand on our roads down here too, though probably not for the same reasons.
