My daughter graduated

Post by shuterbg on June 14th 2011, 12:22 am

Tonight our middle daughter had her high school graduation. Our oldest never graduated so this was our first experience with the graduation. We are so very proud of her. It was the most amazing thing to us to watch her walking up on stage to get her diploma. Well technically she will get her diploma in a few days.
Here is a picture of her after graduation with her dad, sister and myself. I think you should see her sister in the picture? When I preview the picture you only see the 3 of us not all 4 of us. so hopefully you guys see the entire picture with all 4 of us.
Can you tell Clint is ex military by the way he stands?

That's awesome Monica! Congratulations. You have a beautiful family and you're right, you can take the man out of the military but you can't take the military out of the man!

Thank you so very much all. I am so very proud of her. She just got her actual diploma today.
AND because she is such an awesome kid and my work knows that, she has a job interview at my work tomorrow. It would be helping out the bookkeepers and maybe even might learn some accounts payable stuff. I sure hope she gets the job.

Well my daughter cheated a little bit. She is tall but not as tall as she looked. She had 4 inch heals on. She is about 5'5. But with her heals on she was almost as tall as her dad. My mom side of the family is all short and my husband side of the family is mostly short. My oldest daughter and Tasha are actually a lot taller than I thought they would be. But my real dad was 6'1 and some of his family is tall. so I guess they get it from his side of the family. I think all my girls were taller than me by the time they were 11 or 12. Not fair.
