very good question Larry. Men have been debating and discussing this very question for thousands of yrs. The thought of a rapist, murderer going to heaven is hard for human beings to comprehend. They wont get there with words of accepting Christ. But like Dino says, Christ forgave the criminal on the cross beside him. It's a heart transformation that will save you. Not deeds( thats hard for us to understand too) From my studies and understanding the only sin that is unforgivable is rejecting the offer of salvation. But the truth is you can murder, rape, steal and if God has blessed you with a call of salvation on your deathbed then Yes...you will go to heaven. The thing is.......do you really want to take that chance. I am so thankful that I didnt kill myself or get myself killed in my wilder days before I heard the call in 2004 and accept Christ. ................

Some people make it so hard on themselves to get the free gift of salvation. All we need do is confess our sins and ask Jesus to come into our hearts. We believe He died and rose from the grave. Living for Him is pretty easy. It's the dying part that is challenging. In a way, being a Christian is like taking out life insurance. Never leave 'home' without it.

I hope and pray to live a long life. I'm doing chemo and radiation this week. BIG fun. I would appreciate all your prayers that the pain in my hips would cease and the chemo will kill all the cancer cells. Thanks
